Version 1.3 Release -Game Feel-

Big update focusin on the game feel. Im working on ways to make the game to feel "faster" but meanwhile I found there was so poor feedback
on shooting and killing enemies or player damage as well.
Some interactables had the same problem so decided to work on that over all and adding some visual effects.
- Added modular lightning. This kind of light increments cost per shader but improves performance overall, specially on low end machines.
- Projectiles now incorporate light for visual improvement.
- Shooting feedback: Now hitting an enemy produce a sound wich is different for headshot. Killing one of them will show a new effect on screen accompanied with sound
- New shaders for enemies and scrap: Now enemies have dissolve effect when die and scrap have fresnel effect as well when can be collected.
- Explosions now produce light for a little time.
- Vending machines plays background noise to be easy to find them. Dropping a can and drink have SFX now.
- Pick Up collisions fixed so now does not stop bullets(Its WIP since picking items now requires looking at mesh directly)
- Main Menu Plays BGM
- Fixed Input bug when leaving game or restart from pause menu(Character woudlnt move)
- MELEE ATTACK ADDED

It was a hard week for me, a lot of work(this is not my paid work lol) and not much time to spend on this project. Maybe this changes are not a
big deal but I really think they are a great improve for game feel. I like how this is going and hope you like so.
PD: I was working on some new enemies, they will be avaible for fight them on next update
